Your personal data controller is MASTERMEDIA Limited, 20-719, Gęsia Street 3., with its registered office in Lublin, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Lublin under KRS number 0001079996, NIP: PL 7120155884. This means that in the past you have shared your personal data with us as part of our cooperation or that you have sent us a request form, thus providing us with your data.
On May 25, 2018, a new EU regulation on the protection of personal data (“GDPR”) has entered into force, which affects our mutual contacts. In view of the above, this notice is intended to assure you that the processing of data by the personal data controller is carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of data protection law, and in particular with the GDPR. In general, the personal data we collect include your full name and contact details, such as your e-mail address and telephone number, unless a wider range of personal data needs to be collected and processed under our cooperation.
The information gathered is used only to the extent which is necessary to facilitate our ongoing contacts resulting from our business activities, i.e.:

  • marketing, i.e. providing information in the form of newsletter about our products or services, as well as sending out invitations to participate in competitions – the legal basis for processing your personal data is the data subject’s consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specified purposes;
  • conducting research and analyses regarding our business operations, e.g. to improve our services or learn about the main interests and needs of our customers, as well as conducting statistical analyses and researching the quality level of our products and services – the legal basis for processing your personal data is that it is necessary to pursue the legally justified interest of the Controller which is to be able to improve the quality of service.

We will not obtain or otherwise store information that may be considered as confidential. No automated decisions, including in the form of profiling, will be made in your case. Your personal data will be kept for the duration of our business relationship, or longer if the provisions of law or the obligations of the data controller so require. If your personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, they will be processed until your consent is revoked.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict the processing of your data, transfer your data, object and to withdraw your consent at any time. In particular, you may object to us providing you with information or marketing materials by e-mail or other means of communication.
To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent given prior to its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent may be tantamount to withdrawal from cooperation with MASTERMEDIA Limited You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
